How to Participate: Credit Union Members can register to participate as an 'Individual' or as a 'Team' (up to 3 Member participants per team) by clicking the appropriate registration button above. 

 

Non Credit Union Members can qualify to compete in our Foodie Challenge by opening an Account with Mabuhay Credit Union and then registering for the event. Learn how to Join Mabuhay Credit Union here.

How to Earn Points: When you visit a participating restaurant, take a photo and make a 'public' post on Facebook and/or Instagram with the photo(s) that you took. Mention the name of the restaurant, tag us @MabuhayCU and include hashtag #MabuhayHamonToLamon. You'll get a point for each post you make. You can also earn points by submitting a Yelp review for each restaurant that you visit. If you haven't already, please make sure that you follow Mabuhay on Facebook and Instagram so that you can see our posts with updates on this event.

The top three point-earners in each category ('individual' and 'team,') will receive special prizes such as gift cards and cash prizes that will be deposited in their Mabuhay Credit Union Savings Accounts! 'Individual' and 'Team' points will be earned by each social media post as described above. In addition, the Restaurant with the most Yelp reviews collected from our Hamon to Lamon participants between October 1, 2022 through October 31, 2022 will also receive a special prize.
