We’re excited to introduce Tess as Nikkei’s new Member Experience Coordinator! Tess is dedicated to connecting with you, listening to your feedback, and helping us continually enhance your experience with Nikkei.


She will also be sharing updates and offering support for our newest services—My First Nest Egg, Zelle, and CU Network—all launched last year to better serve our members.
