System Upgrade


We're excited to let you know that starting in March 2024, you'll be able to enjoy a more user-friendly and streamlined interface in our digital banking. Up-to-date details on our system upgrade are provided below.  

A few of the improvements will include, an upgraded online and mobile banking system, an improved bill pay system, new e-Alerts,  and much more. Refer back to this page for updates and a schedule of our System Upgrade.

Please never share personal identifying information, such as passwords, PIN, Social Security Number or other private data. Nikkei Credit Union will never ask our Members for this information.

System Upgrade Updates  


If this is your first time logging into Online or Mobile Banking since March 2, 2024, please select First Time User to update your credentials. 

Our freshly improved Mobile App has been approved by the App Store and Google PlayIf your app does not auto-update, please visit the provided links below to download the new app. 


Linking Multiple Accounts on Online Banking

​To view all your accounts in the New Online Banking:

  1. You must enroll as a First Timer User on all your accounts. 

  2. Please call 866.4NIKKEI or 888.MABUHAY to complete the verification process.


THU, 2/29/2024

WHAT HAPPENS: Limited Debit, ATM, and Visa card access will be available. Bill Pay, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Audio Teller will be unavailable after 5:00 pm. HOW TO PREPARE: Have extra cash on hand to get through 3.4.2024. You will want to complete all online and mobile transactions prior to 5:00 pm. You may want to print out recent account history in Online Banking for your reference as well as any recurring payments, transfers, and alerts you have set up.

FRI, 3/1/2024

WHAT HAPPENS: Our branch will be closed through Monday, March 4, 2024, and will reopen on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Bill Pay, online banking, and mobile banking will be unavailable. Limited Debit, ATM, and Visa card access will be available. 


3/2/2024 - 3/4/2024

WHAT HAPPENS: The New It'sMe247 Online Banking will be available. You will need to enroll in It'sMe247 Online Banking by selecting the ‘First Time User’ link. Bill Pay will also be available. Your existing payees, eBills and recurring payments will be available on our new system. Nikkei's Audio Banking will be back live on 3/2/2024. Our toll-free audio banking number will be 833.922.0743. Our mobile app may still be unavailable. Limited Debit, ATM and Visa card access will be available.

TUE, 3/5/2024

The branch will reopen with regular business hours. You may review your account information online at It'sMe247 Online Banking but call or come into our branch if you need help accessing your accounts.


Our new Android and Apple Mobile Banking app should be available from the App Store and Google Play shortly after our System Upgrade. When available, first delete the old Nikkei CU mobile app from your device and then search for “Nikkei CU Mobile” in the App Store and Google Play. You'll need to log in using the same credentials as the ones you created for It’sMe247 Online Banking.



PLEASE NOTE that our credit union branch will be CLOSED beginning on Friday, March 1st and will reopen on Tuesday, March 5th. Our system upgrade will impact certain services during March 2nd through the 4th. See the below system upgrade schedule for more information.
